At present questionnaires are being used to measure patients´ experience of health care. The surveys are taking place all over the country and you have been chosen at random, as you have recently visited the health service. The purpose is to evaluate the health service from the patient´s point of view and reveal areas where there is room for improvement.
The survey is carried out by CMA Research and commissioned by the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions
Your experience counts, your participation is therefore of great importance. High participation gives a truer picture of the service, which in turn gives a good basis for health care improvement.
Participation in this survey is voluntary. No results will be traceable to individual persons. The questionnaire is carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the industry codes of conduct.
The questionnaire is aimed at those whose children recently visited the health service. As the child is under 15 years of age, it is the parent/guardian who answers the questionnaire, if possible together with the child. If you were not present at the visit, the questionnaire should be answered by the person accompanying the child during the visit.
